Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CoverLetter.my, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CoverLetter.my provides AI-assisted cover letter generation tools. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before submission.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. One account per person — shared or resold accounts will be terminated.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a weekly or monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use CoverLetter.my to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content, or to circumvent any technical restrictions. Abuse of referral programmes or generation limits will result in account suspension.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Intellectual property
You own the cover letters you generate. We retain rights to the underlying platform, models, and tooling. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoverLetter.my is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including unsuccessful job applications.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email where possible.
