We collect the email address you use to sign up, cover letters you generate, and basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate the service, authenticate your account, process payments, and improve product quality. Cover letter content may be reviewed in aggregate, anonymised form to improve AI output quality.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- OpenAI — AI-generated letter content
- Stripe — payment processing
Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to provide these services.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase-hosted infrastructure. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Your rights

7. Changes
